Yes, I'm an idiot, but I tried the download for Windows from that site, and no worky! I am confused as to why the disk does not install the driver and then why the Vista.exe does not work. I even tried adding hardware through my Control Panel, but it states that the device is working fine - although it still does not recognize it. I assume this is because my computer does not recognize it yet. Trying to run the Photo Viewer software (needed to place pictures on the key chain), it says that it cannot connect to the device.
